I will guide you through various exercises and techniques designed to build strength and muscle mass using weights, resistance bands, or bodyweight exercises. I will also ensure that you maintain proper form and technique to minimize the risk of injury and maximize the effectiveness of the workout. In person strength training is a great way to improve your overall fitness and achieve your strength training goals under the guidance and supervision of an experienced professional.
*All in person sessions are located at 5000 W 35th St, St. Louis Park, MN. This is a great facility with some of the best equipment in the area!
